Program of the day trip to Cairo by plane
Pickup At around 4:00 am we will pick you up from your hotel and take you to Hurghada airport for your domestic flight to Cairo. The exact pick-up time varies depending on the location of your hotel and the distance to the airport.
Arrival in Cairo After your arrival in Cairo you will be greeted at the airport exit by our German-speaking Egyptologist who will accompany you throughout the day.
Pyramids & Sphinx Your tour in Cairo starts at 7:00 am and lasts about 11 hours until 6:00 pm. First we visit the pyramid plateau in Giza, where you can marvel at the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinos as well as the great Sphinx.
Lunch We then enjoy a delicious Egyptian lunch in a restaurant on the Nile.
Egyptian Museum After lunch, we drive from the Giza district to the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, the world’s largest museum of ancient Egyptian art, which houses treasures from different eras.
Khan El Khalili Bazaar The day ends with a stroll through the lively Khan El Khalili Bazaar, where you can experience the hustle and bustle and the authentic atmosphere.
Return After an eventful day, we return to the airport in Cairo. When you arrive in Hurghada, we will meet you again and take you to your hotel.
